These audiences include formations tasked with maintaining control of key terrain, regaining critical areas, and conducting operations in complex urban environments. Collectively, they constitute the state's formal security apparatus and operate under established command authorities, legal mandates, and nationally recognized structures. Additional audiences include national response and security elements charged with crisis management, counterterrorism, counter‑insurgency, and strategic overwatch. These forces provide the state with rapid, disciplined capacity to address emergent threats, reinforce civil authorities, and stabilize deteriorating security conditions during periods of heightened risk. G² trains peacekeeping and stability operations forces charged with maintaining civil order, safeguarding vulnerable populations, and operating within nationally authorized or multinational peacekeeping missions. These units operate in politically sensitive environments where professionalism, operational restraint, and disciplined execution are essential to sustaining legitimacy and advancing national and international objectives.
